Birch Bay, Washington

This was where I left the great company of Ted and Bob. Ted did a marvelous job of showing us the best places to see and stay. Thank you Ted M. for all of it...... I left them and stayed with
some very old and dear friends.....Ray and Edie....

Who got a new puppy........a little tiny small female dog, and you all know how
Sadie gets along with small tiny female dogs??????
Edie with Muffin ( I told her that was the dumbest name
I ever heard....it should have been 'Spikette' or something.)

I was really worried how Sadie would do, she marched in sniffed at
Muffin, and proceeded to deposit a very large gift on their living room floor.....

This is at the beach..... and happy hour.

at the house, they had a houseful of birds move in on them......

son John....who when he was 7 years old talked his sister Raylene, Corey, my daughter and a few other 5 year olds that were headed to school for the first time....
that they needed a 'license' to walk to school and proceeded to give them lessons and a license for 25 cents each.... he was the littlest con artist I have ever known...

This is Happy Hour at their beach place, where we were the only
'USA' ers in the bunch....most of whom I have known since 1999...

John and his wife....

and Yodar F. Kritch

Port Townsend Ferry to Whidbey Island

.......On our way to Whidbey Island, Washington

The harbor on Port Townsend side......

....We were the first RV's to park, so we ended up right next to the
ferry engines...which were pretty loud.

Ted looks like he could shoot me......

.....Sadie did not like the roar of the engines, so she
hid under the table.....

Sequim, Washington

We stayed at a casino in Sequim (pronounced Squim ) where we spent some time with Joyce A.
.....in fact we spent a lovely day at Joyce's having a great dinner, playing' Pegs and Jokers 'and having a rousing Dart tourney.....(where the women beat the guys two games out of three)

Ted is under the impression that he can hide the treats
from Sadie.......
NOT!!!

Joyce's garage is set up for lots of fun......
and for women beating men 2 out of three games...

Oh, did I mention that the women won 2 out of three matches........

Yes Ted, that is a bulls eye!!!!!!

Noooooooooooooooo Joyce ...that's the wrong direction....

While we were in the garage, our little friend here came for
a visit..................................

Ocean Beach, Washington

We stayed at the Casino (I know, that's a big surprise ) at Ocean Beach, and had a great visit with C.N.'s daughter and son-in law, Don and Sonja.....in fact, they cooked us a spread for lunch that would impressed Emeril himself....

This is the speed limit sign on the casino grounds....

.....and this was my front yard....

and we went caching....

................the only problem was getting in and out of Ted's Jeep.
Bob helped a lot........

I screwed up, this was the cache that was like Harry Potter's forest,
and the ten gallon cache.....also I fixed the blog to allow anyone to make
comments. SORRY!

It was sooooo dense, we kept loosing each other....

It was much harder than we thought....

But guess who found it....finally !!!!

Sadie decided to have a snack....
